a) We have tried to ensure that information provided on the website is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.

b) We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained on the website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

4. Description of Products
a) The description and specification of products on the website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

b) We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

5. General
a) The products advertised on the website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Customs, taxes and other fees
a) International orders may be subject to Custom, Taxes and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Lashfamous. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.

7. Professional products
a) When making an order we do not require you to send us your certification before completion. When you make an order, this constitutes that you are confirming to us that you are qualified and that Lashfamous hold no liability for incorrect use due to not being professionally trained for the products in question.

8. Lashfamous Product use

1. Your client must be fully informed of the potential risks involved with lash adhesive reactions. This must be documented and signed by the client and lash artist to confirm that they understand and are happy to go ahead. The client should also be offered the option for a patch test if they have any concerns.
2. You must follow your insurers’ guidelines.

Important: If your insurer requires that a patch test take place, we recommend patch testing every client 24-48 hours prior to lash appointment by applying a few lashes to each eye.

LASHFAMOUS OFFICIAL TRAINING:

a) Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your training course and receive a full refund by giving at least 14 days notice. If you cancel your course without giving 14 days prior notice we will be unable to refund your deposit. However, we will make every attempt to find a replacement to take your place, if we are successful in filling your booking you will be given a full refund.

b) Late arrival: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We can delay the start for up to 5 minutes. After that time the course will start without you.

c) No show: If you do not turn up on the day of your course, a refund will not be given.

d) Rescheduling: If you would like to change the date of your course, please let us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to get you onto an alternative course.

e) Cancellation by Lashfamous: Lashfamous holds the right to reschedule or cancel a course date if there are insufficient numbers booked or if circumstances arise that are out of our control. Lashfamous will work with you to reschedule another course date. If no dates are suitable, Lashfamous will offer a full refund of any money paid towards the course. Lashfamous will offer no further compensation.
