How To Apply Eyelash Extensions With Our Flexii Cluster Lashes

Here is your guide on how to apply eyelash extensions in FOUR easy steps. (PS. we also have a bonus step, so keep reading to the end if you want to know how to give those lashes some extra volume!)

Step One: DIY Lash Extensions Prep

Before you begin to start learning how to apply eyelash extensions with our Flexii Cluster Lashes, we need to prep your natural lashes. To do this you can use our Lash Famous Foam Cleanser.

Just like doing your make-up, primer is the most important bit of kit in order to keep your look in place and fresh for the day ahead. The same is true when it comes to your DIY lash extensions.

Cleansing your natural lashes is essential for healthy lashes and good retention. Cleansing will also keep fans wide and make sure your fluffy, full lashes stay perfect for as long as possible. To know more on how to cleanse your lashes you can click here to follow our Lash Famous Foam Cleanser directions, which will help you to know how to apply and rinse ready for your DIY lash extensions.

TIP: As well as prepping your own natural lashes don't forget to make sure your Flexii Lash Applicator is clean and ready for use! Any excess glue will make your application far more fiddly!

Step Two: Chossing Your DIY Lash Extensions Length

So once your natural lashes are cleansed and ready you can choose your Flexii Lash lengths to create your very own bespoke lash set. If you're using our Flexii Cluster Lashes you will know each box contains 50 long lasting lash clusters. From subtle lengths of 8mm, all the way to statement lengths of 16mm, you can click here to see all the detail on the sizes in our Flexii Cluster Lashes.

Step Three: How To Apply Eyelash Extensions

Once you have finished step one and two on the prep work of your natural eyelashes and deciding the type of lash look you want, you are now ready for step three - how to apply eyelash extensions with our Flexii Cluster Glue. This step is all about applying the glue ready for your DIY lash extensions.

Our first tip for you when applying your Flexii Cluster Glue is to remember that less is more. Our glue is strong so you don't need too much, this will help you avoid clumpy looking lashes.

And remember what we said earlier? Our Flexii Cluster Glue allows for your Flexii Cluster Lashes to be worn for 5-10 days with minimal maintenance. So getting this step right will help you to apply your Flexii Cluster Lashes correctly so they can be sure to last up to 10 days!

Step Four: How To Apply Eyelash Extensions, One Cluster At A Time

When starting to add your DIY eyelash extensions it is best to work from the inner corners, because we believe it's the simplest and easiest way to a smooth application.

When you are ready with your Flexii Lash Applicator, pick up and select your first cluster, then place the cluster underneath your natural lash near to the root. Once you are happy with placement give it a little wiggle into place applying gentle pressure.

When you are happy with the position of your first eyelash cluster, apply your second cluster directly next to the first eyelash cluster, ensuring you leave no gaps! This is because you want to make those sets look as seamless and natural as possible.

You'll then continue applying your eyelash clusters until you reach the outer corner. At the point you are happy with your DIY lash set, use the Flexii Lash Applicator to fuse your lashes together. You will want to clamp them together, applying some pressure, for at least 5 seconds. This will create a great bond and complete your lash look!

Your Final Step To Knowing How To Apply Eyelash Extensions

Now, this last and final step isn't one for your lashes but it's one for YOU and US!

Additional Step You Can Do When Applying Your Flexii Cluster Lashes

We love helping you create the perfect lashes and that's why we want to give you this extra tip.

If you have finished step four on applying your eyelash clusters until you reach the outer corner but aren't quite happy with how full they look, or are wanting to add a bit more volume, then you can double up! You can apply to the top of the lash too, creating a sandwich type application.

P.S. No extra glue is needed you just need to follow the step below.

Instead of applying your Flexii Cluster Lashes to the underneath of your natural lash near to the root, you should start applying from the top of your lashes. You will do the same process as step four on starting on the inner corner, applying one cluster as a time until you reach the end.

Again, once you're happy with the look you have, use the Flexii Lash Applicator to fuse your lashes together. And then you have created the eyelash length and volume you desire!
